David Reed, co-owner and finish carpenter,  focuses mainly on custom cabinetry and finishes. 

David attended Westmont College and received a degree in religious studies with a minor in music. After college, he worked in Santa Barbara and Hawaii for high end contractors.   

David truly enjoys interacting with both employees and clients, and gets great satisfaction from the completion of a beautiful project. 

David grew up in the Sacramento area and resides in Shingle Springs with his wife and four children.

Danny DePiazza, co-owner and production manager, takes the plans and starts to realize them.  Danny acts as the liaison between client, subcontractor, and DePiazza and Reed, making sure schedules align. 

Danny received his degree in managerial economics from UC Davis.  Because he has worked in the field and the office, he is able to contribute an ability to understand the entire building process.  Danny enjoys the coordination of many personalities and seeing the design details come together.

Danny grew up in the Sacramento area and now lives here with his two children. 


Tim Kunz, Project Manager, guides successful projects from conception to completion.

Tim comes to us with 10+ years of experience in both commercial and residential project roles.  Growing up in the Sacramento area he graduated from Christian Brothers High School and is happy to work in the community he comes from.   He received a Bachelor of Science in Construction Management from San Diego State University.  Tim enjoys the creative collaboration and the intricate details of high-end residential projects, which help him bring to life these amazing spaces.

In his free time he can be found snowboarding in Tahoe, traveling around the world, and building custom furniture.

Levi Bagdanov, lead carpenter, attended Westmont college, where he received a degree in English Literature. After college Levi worked for a high end contractor in Santa Barbara doing custom finish carpentry as well as spending two years building homes with habitat for humanity as an AmeriCorps member. Levi enjoys being able to transform clients visions into tangible realities.

Levi grew up in Southern California and now lives in Sacramento.


Bill Damian, Project Coordinator

Bill received degrees in Humanities and Religious Studies and Flute Performance from California State University, Sacramento and worked for the State of California for the past 26 years. He was most recently the Assistant Deputy Director of Administration for the State Water Board and retired earlier this year. Bill is excited to help coordinate and estimate projects and work with clients. In his free time he enjoys playing flute and harp around the Sacramento area.

Bill is originally from Redding, CA and lives in East Sacramento with his spouse and dogs.
